Well, the Christmas Outreach is a great way to do so.

WITH "FESTIVAL OF THE KING" 

The Christmas outreach will be presented as a dinner theatre in the Word of Life chapel.  That is, the audience will be served dinner during the first part of the program.  Cast members will double as servers.

The program will be presented in two parts, the second of which will be a 45 minutes dramatic musical called, "Festival of the King," a celebration of the birth of Jesus with a "Lion King" sort of style.  It uses African tribal-like music, dance and costuming with elements of humor throughout.  There are four principals and several other secondary characters and many other 'tribe' cast.  One of the main points of this work is the emphasis that WE, those present are the tribe that is celebrating.  Since we are an international community, our tribe is international in nature.

We are currently (mid-October) casting for the secondary roles and recruiting for the balance of the cast.

The first part of the program will be a variety of dramatic sketchs and music.

For all of this we will need actors and actresses, singers, dancers, stage crew, set and prop contruction, audio, lighting and video technicians, hosts, ticket takers.  Sign up as soon as possible so we will know that you want to serve.
