Technical support is available for major church events, weddings and funerals held in the sanctuary or chapel.  Please read the instructions below and complete the linked form.


Technical Support Request - Instructions

In order to help us serve you better, please complete “Event Technical Support Request” form and submit it for approval.  The earlier you submit this, the more lead time you will give us and the greater opportunity for success.

    When you open the form, if necessary click on “Read Only”

Before you begin, save the file using the event name you will use as the file name, e.g.- big spring event

 

When you are finished:

·     be sure to save your file

·     e-mail the file to rmoore@wolag.org with "Tech Support Request" (or something of that nature) in the Subject.

·     or you may print it and place the printed copy in my box (Pastor Rick)


Confirmation
When we have received this form from you, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.  It is important that you receive a confirmation to be certain that we have your request.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 days, please contact Pastor Rick at 703.941.2312.  Thank you.
